Seattle kitchens are rarely simple. A 1920s bungalow in Ballard or Wallingford was built before anyone imagined a 36-inch refrigerator, so the appliance you own was fitted into a space that fought it. Capitol Hill and Belltown condos have the opposite problem: everything is compact, stacked and boxed into a closet with no service clearance. Getting to your door
Parking is the honest constraint in Seattle. Many of the older streets are permit-only with no loading zone. If you have an alley, a driveway or a garage spot, tell us when you book — it saves fifteen minutes at every visit and lets us hold the arrival window.
Most downtown and Capitol Hill buildings require a certificate of insurance on file and a service elevator booked in advance. Give us the building name at booking and we handle it with the front desk before the appointment.
What we repair
Refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops and wall ovens. We service LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore and Bosch, and we clean dryer vents as a separate job.
Frequently asked questions
My laundry is in the basement down a narrow staircase. Is that a problem?
It is common in Seattle and it is manageable. Most washer and dryer repairs happen in place. When a unit genuinely has to come out, we measure the stairwell and the turns first rather than discovering the problem halfway up. If it will not come out safely, we tell you before we start.
Do you work on appliances in rental units?
Yes. We can coordinate with a property manager or tenant, send the invoice to the owner, and confirm access separately. Just tell us who approves the work when you book.
How fast can you get to Seattle?
Same-day and next-day windows are usually available. Calls placed in the morning most often get an afternoon slot.
