Kent splits between the valley floor and East Hill, and the appliances follow. East Hill and Panther Lake filled in with subdivisions from the 1990s onward, which means whole streets share the same builder appliance package of the same age. When one house calls about a failed control board, the neighbours usually follow within a year or two.
Down in the valley the housing is older and more mixed, with kitchens updated in stages and laundry often in an unheated garage or utility room. Cold garages matter more than people expect — a washer that will not drain in January is frequently a frozen line rather than a dead pump, and we check for ice before quoting parts.

It does. Identical packages installed within a year or two of each other fail in patterns, so we often know the likely part before the visit and carry it on the truck. Tell us your neighbourhood and roughly when the house was built.
Is a garage refrigerator worth repairing?
Usually yes, and usually cheaply. Most garage-unit failures come down to a dusty condenser, a tired door seal or an ambient temperature the thermostat was never rated for. All three are inexpensive next to a replacement.
How fast can you get to Kent?
Same-day and next-day windows are usually available. Kent sits on our regular route, so a morning call often gets an afternoon slot.
