SeaTac has more rental housing and more turnover than the cities around it, and a lot of our work here is for landlords and property managers rather than owner-occupants. That means two things in practice: we can bill an owner while coordinating access with a tenant, and we are used to move-in and move-out checks where several appliances get looked at in one visit.
The housing itself runs to smaller mid-century homes around Angle Lake and McMicken Heights, many of them with the noise-insulation windows and upgrades that came with living under the flight path. Kitchens are compact, laundry is often in a hall closet, and access is the recurring constraint.
Areas we cover
Angle Lake, Bow Lake, McMicken Heights, Riverton Heights, Sunset Park and Madrona Park.
Getting to your door
Access to some streets near the airport changes with construction. A pinned location is more reliable than a street address on the first visit.
What we repair
Refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops and wall ovens. We service LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore and Bosch, and we clean dryer vents as a separate job.
Frequently asked questions
Can you check several appliances in one visit for a rental?
Yes, and it is the efficient way to do it. One trip charge covers the visit, we look at everything you want checked, and you get a single written summary you can hand to an owner or a tenant.
Who approves the repair when the tenant is not the owner?
Whoever you tell us at booking. We do not start billable work without written approval from that person, and we send the diagnosis and quote to them directly.
Do you handle move-out inspections?
Yes. We check refrigeration temperatures, oven operation, dishwasher drainage and dryer venting, and give you a written summary for the file.
